Countries Start To Abolish Corona Measures

One plus year after the coronavirus outbreak, many countries are starting to ease down Covid-19 measures as they attempt to return to normalcy. After the pandemic broke out, many restrictions were put in place and people were denied their freedom.

However, as things look, not only are economies opening up but also covid-19 measures are being lifted by most governments. In countries like Denmark, all corona measures have been gotten rid of. In England, the prime minister announced that most corona rules were set to halt. And in Sweden, several measures have been abolished. Here is the full story:

Denmark Abolishes all corona measures

After meeting in Copenhagen, the Danish parliament decided that all Corona measures should be stopped from October 1st. This means that people won’t be required to wear face masks and the test system will also be scrapped. Additionally, the Danish people won’t be required to prove that they are vaccinated or unvaccinated, or whether they have tested negative or positive.

One of the main reasons why covid-19 measures are being removed in Denmark is because of the increasing incidence figures in the country. Regardless, these are not huge enough to affect the health care system. On top of that, Denmark’s SSI infectious disease agency said that it no longer depends on vaccination to get hard immunity in the country.

Denmark is among the few countries in Europe and the entire world that have vaccinated more than 55% of their population. For instance, Denmark has 58.4% of its population vaccinated, while Germany has 54.5% of its population vaccinated. Regardless, vaccine advocates have continued to put pressure on the unvaccinated, which is not a good thing.

On the contrary, Tyrolean lawyer Dr. Renate Holzeisen, recommends that all employers should steer clear of compulsory vaccination or vaccination pressure. Besides, since the covid-19 vaccines were not created and approved for the prevention of infection of SAR-COV-2 virus, but particularly to prevent a more serious course of the disease, were only approved for this purpose. This is according to the official approval documents of the European Commission and the EMA.

As a result, these documents indicate that the vaccines cannot stop the chain of infection as even people who have been vaccinated can be infected and also infect others. On top of that, the documents show that people who have been vaccinated can have the same viral load as those who are unvaccinated, as the CDC and other health bodies have admitted in the past? Therefore, it’s crystal clear that compulsory corona vaccination lacks legal jurisdiction.

Dr. Renate was also quoted saying, “As a lawyer advising on corporate law, I strongly recommend that every employer stay away from Covid-19 vaccination pressure or compulsory vaccination because most of them are obviously not even aware of the far-reaching consequences associated with it.”

UK PM says most rules set to end in England

In the UK, Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that several corona rules will come to an end by 12 July. Things like wearing face masks and social distancing will come to an end. And soon, self-isolation, travel, and school bubbles will also be halted.

The main reason why England was easing covid-19 measures s because of the excellent vaccine rollout that had seen death and report of new Covid-19 cases decrease. England is among the few countries in Europe that are lifting such coronavirus measures.

However, other countries in the Greater United Kingdom, such as Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland did not follow suit as they have their personal corona regulations.

Sweden abolishes several Covid-19 measures

Another country that is abolishing most of the covid-19 measures is Sweden. But unlike Denmark and England, Sweden is lifting their measures in stages. At the moment, they just uplifted their stage 3 measures, which include operators of long-distance public transport to work at full capacity, gatherings are allowed, and people being allowed in stadiums, malls, museums, and even amusement parks.

The Swedish Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation and the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs stated, “Overall, the infection rates, the pressure on the health care system, and the vaccination rate of the population are all at levels that allow restrictions to be lifted. For this reason, the Government and the Public health Agency of Sweden have assessed that it is appropriate to proceed with step 3 of government’s plan for phasing out restrictions.”

Final thoughts

So, even as governments start to ease down coronavirus measures, it’s clear that vaccination won’t be the solution for people attaining hard immunity. This is because vaccinated individuals can still get infected and even have the same viral load as unvaccinated individuals. That’s why most countries should just abolish covid-19 restrictions and give people their freedom back.

It doesn’t matter whether the Delta virus surges or not, people (vaccinated or unvaccinated) will still be infected. The best thing governments should do is to abolish covid-19 measures and allow economies to operate full swing.
