Introduction:

In the resurgence of the January 6 “insurrection” narrative, this article explores contrasting perspectives surrounding the events, focusing on its manipulation to accuse Trump and the potential threat his anti-war stance poses to the neocon project. The examination delves into the accusation of a violent attack, challenges the legitimacy of the American Revolution, and questions the narrative’s real motive—whether it is to protect democracy or shield those at fault.

The January 6 “Insurrection” narrative makes its Comeback with the New Year

As we approach the three-year mark of the demonstration at the U.S. Capitol, the January 6 “insurrection” narrative has resurfaced. President Joe Biden has expressed concern that the fate of democracy hangs in the balance in the upcoming 2024 election, citing the potential threat posed by Donald Trump’s ability to dismantle it.

Biden’s Description of the Events

On January 6, 2021, Biden described the events as a forceful attack, emphasizing that they were not a peaceful demonstration. He referred to the individuals involved as insurrectionists, highlighting their lack of patriotism. According to Biden, their intentions were not aligned with the protection of the constitution, but rather with its destruction.

Donald Trump has made another court appearance and characterized his indictment as the result of a “witch hunt.” As per a January 11 report by Fox News, Trump alleged that the measures being pursued were a scheme to assist Biden in winning the election, but he asserted that the American public is cognizant of this.

The Story of Insurrection: Exploring the Argument Against Trump

In this analysis, we delve into the contrasting perspectives surrounding the story of insurrection in the United States. We examine the argument against Trump, the definition of “insurrection,” and how this concept can be manipulated to undermine democracy.

The accusation of an aggressive attack

It is surprising that despite the high rate of gun ownership in the United States, no gunshots were fired during the “failed coup” and “violent assault” on democracy. Although terms like “failed coup” and “violent assault” were used, the only person who died from gunfire was Ashli Babbitt. The Biden administration kept the identity of the police officer who shot her confidential for several months.

The Legitimacy of the American Revolution

The United States was established through a violent uprising, regardless of the validity of the accusation. The concept of the right to revolt, which asserts that a group subjected to tyranny has the justification to overthrow an unjust government, is often cited to justify the legitimacy of the American Revolution.

According to certain sources, including an article from The Atlantic, there is a contention that the U.S. Constitution upholds the notion of a “right to revolt.” This notion, as elucidated by CNN and other sources, is deemed as “absurd” within a democratic framework, where the populace possesses the ability to oust the government through elections.

The focus of this matter is not solely on the accusation of violence towards Trump, but rather the question of whether a rebellion or revolt is a justified course of action.

The inquiry is if the US remains a democracy. This is the actual origin of the rebellion story and comprehending this is crucial in interpreting the behaviours of the political and media leaders who fear being held accountable for their actions. The portrayal of Donald Trump as a danger to democracy is an attempt to shift the blame for the downfall of democracy onto him, as it has already occurred.

The story of rebellion is a narrative used to shield those who are at fault and penalize those who are blameless.

The emergence of a story

The accepted version, on the other hand, presents a contrasting tale. But where did their accusation of aggressive attack come from? The statements of Canadian leader Justin Trudeau are frequently mentioned as the source of this expression. On January 8, 2021, he commented:

The event that took place was an attack on democracy carried out by a group of rioters, instigated by the present leader and other government officials…

The term “violent assault on democracy” quickly became a commonly used phrase, as reported by various mainstream media outlets and political analysts. This initial step in forming a narrative was followed by the regular inclusion of Donald Trump’s name.

In June of 2021, CNN referred to January 6th as “Trump’s Insurrection.” Later that same year, both CNN and various other sources, such as The Atlantic and Politico, reported on a “failed coup” attempted by the former president. This narrative was also echoed by the January 6th Committee, who were tasked with investigating the event, and it was seen as a pre-determined outcome with a history of similar incidents.

The use of information warfare in legal battles

In 2022, the New Yorker reported that it is now common to hear about “Trump’s Attack on Democracy.”

In the following year, this catchphrase was strengthened when Trump was charged for what Special Counsel Jack Smith referred to as “an unprecedented assault on the core of American democracy.”

As per Tucker Carlson and legal expert Victor Davis Hanson, utilizing the law to discredit the primary presidential nominee on allegations of insurrection appears to signal the downfall of democracy in America.

According to the exchange between Carlson and Hanson in October of 2023, they both shared the belief that Trump’s presence in court to address multiple indictments was not a legitimate legal process.

They saw it as a twisted parody of the justice system created by our ancestors, with the main charge being for inciting the purported violent assault on American democracy. However, this accusation was made long before January 6th – and it had international implications.

In a 2019 piece for The Washington Post, conservative analyst Max Boot expressed concerns about Trump’s actions being an “assault on democracy,” two years before the alleged “insurrection.” However, the idea of Trump being a danger to democracy did not originate with this event, nor was it the initial effort to undermine him by constantly making unfounded accusations.

In January 2018, Zachary Cohen wrote a report for CNN titled “Trump’s Impact on the Global Assault on Democracy.” The report heavily referenced the annual report from U.S. NGO Freedom House, which is backed by George Soros. According to the report, Trump’s criticisms of the media and judiciary in the US could potentially damage their credibility.

In 2023, Trump’s rejection of the intentional undermining of his political aspirations by the media and judiciary, as stated by Freedom House, became a burden on American democracy.

In his article, Cohen also brought up Trump’s criticisms of the media and referenced an unfounded claim that supports this idea: the invented accusations of “Russiagate” against Trump. This was a defiance against the truth in pursuit of the same agenda, using similar tactics as those that led the U.S. into the Iraq war.

When considering the insurrection narrative throughout history, it becomes clear that its purpose, as well as the tactics and intentions of those promoting it, are exposed. This narrative serves as a form of self-preservation, not for democracy, but for a select group of individuals whose ability to interpret it according to their standards is their only hope of maintaining authority.

The customs of ‘rebellion’

By making unprecedented decisions, Biden’s statements have taken on a different interpretation as Donald Trump has been temporarily prohibited from being included on the ballot in Colorado and Maine. Does this align with the concept of “democracy on the ballot” – disqualifying the frontrunner from being featured on it?

The accusation of insurrection is used to defend democracy, yet no one has been convicted, including Trump and the January 6 protestors. This so-called “democracy” is upheld through deception and the public exhibition of insincere emotions, like the “struggle sessions” witnessed in Maoist China.

At certain events, both news anchors and members of Congress have been able to shed tears on cue, despite not being present at the time.

In a recent incident, CBS journalist Jonathan Capeheart became emotional when discussing January 6. This has become a common occurrence, first started by a high-pitched congresswoman.

A week following the “uprising,” where the aggressive rebels upheld the sanctity of velvet ropes, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez expressed sadness over the “incredibly distressing occurrence” she endured when individuals entered a building she was not present in.

According to her, a significant number of members of Congress were almost killed, although she was most likely exaggerating.

Congresswoman “AOC” later faked tears while recalling her experience with “PTSD” caused by an incident that never actually occurred.

In January, then-FBI Director Chris Wray described the events of January 6th as an act of “domestic terrorism,” according to a PBS report. Wray’s statement is supported by the fact that there were numerous individuals connected to federal agencies present during the Capitol riot, causing the FBI to lose track of them, as reported by the New York Post.

During the same event, Rachida Tlaib, who is also a member of the “squad”, echoed the same act, shedding tears at a podium for a protest that was equally genuine as Dylan Mulvaney’s femininity, while Ocasio-Cortez was there to console her fellow member.

Artificial tears, fabricated information, and phony insurgents are used to construct a false story of “rebellion.” A coordinated scheme to hinder a true advocate for the citizens of America. These acts are also a demonstration of allegiance, no matter how degrading on a personal level, revealing absolute dedication to the Government and its supporters by misleading the public.

The performance is a bipartisan effort, with the donor class coming together to defend an industry that supports them all.

The neocon project faces a potential threat

William Kristol, a neoconservative known for his death cult beliefs, never fails to express his shock and concern over the “violent overthrow” orchestrated by Trump during that time. However, he conveniently ignores the fact that he and his group of Kaganites have been responsible for initiating multiple wars, dragging the United States and Western countries into a never-ending cycle of chaos, suffering, and dishonesty for the past three decades. Their profitable approach of toppling governments, commonly referred to as “regime change,” is not only causing harm to foreign nations but also undermining the very foundation of democracy within their own country.

The industry’s defense is focused on replacing diplomacy with commands and censoring common sense, leading to the establishment’s mobilization against Trump.

Kristol’s focus has been on a campaign labeled “Never Trump” to stop the candidate with the highest approval ratings from being elected as president.

During a 2022 interview with the Washington Post, he stated that the GOP cannot be rescued under Trump’s leadership. This statement exposes the motive behind his relentless actions to prevent his potential victory in the 2024 election. It is well-known that Donald Trump is strongly against the elite.

Putting an end to perpetual conflicts

According to this statement, Trump poses a danger as he is committed to putting an end to the “endless wars” that have all resulted in defeat. However, the focus is not on winning or the toll on human life, which is often overlooked.

The profits generated by these wars are given to the donor class through debt creation, resulting in a political and media elite that has been completely influenced by the ongoing “regime change” agenda for the past 30 years.

The source of funding for the “swamp” that Trump promised to eliminate is responsible for the continuous exploitation of the U.S. Treasury and is even seen as a moral obligation that should be praised. Those who oppose large contributions to the war industry, which has influenced politics, are often unfairly labeled as disloyal. Anyone who raises concerns about the 900,000 fatalities and nearly nine trillion dollars spent on wars that the U.S. has failed in since 2001 is considered an ally of the opposing side.

As a citizen, it is your responsibility to weaken America and ruin its reputation to avoid being charged with treason.

A project of neoconservatism

The threat posed by Trump is made evident when we view this criminal operation through the lens of American democracy.

Several individuals, including William Kristol, Robert Kagan, and his spouse Victoria Nuland, Liz Cheney, Lindsey Graham, and Nikki Haley, have gained from the destruction of the donor class, which has undermined the very democracy they purport to protect.

These individuals do not possess any sense of integrity or loyalty towards a specific political party. They advocate for never-ending conflicts, disguising them as noble pursuits of democracy.

The neoconservative group is concerned about the potential loss of their control over the United States government. They take pride in their influence, and it is evident by how much of the media portrays them as champions of freedom and the people, despite their actions leading to the destruction of both. Their goal was to establish a worldwide American empire using military might.

The utilization of regime change has led to the implementation of similar strategies domestically, including propaganda, censorship, and the corruption of authority to suppress the population, mirroring its routine tactics used in foreign contexts.

Refusing to follow the cash flow

Trump has pledged to end the never-ending conflicts that finance them, challenging the disturbing establishment that profits from and sustains them. This encompasses a majority of the American press, including individuals like Max Boot and David French who appear to have the role of promoting whichever war is on the horizon.

In March of the year 2023, former President Trump pledged to end the continuation of these wars and prioritize the needs of American citizens, as reported by Breitbart News. According to Trump, we will not return to a political party that supports giving unlimited funds for ongoing and foolish foreign wars while also advocating for reducing benefits for veterans and retirees within the country.

According to him, the Republican party is dominated by a population of unconventional individuals, neoconservatives, supporters of globalization, and advocates for open borders. However, he firmly believes that the party will not return to its previous state under the leadership of figures like Paul Ryan, Karl Rove, and Jeb Bush.

According to an article published by The Hill in October of last year, the global state was more secure during the Trump administration. The dominant neoconservative group in US politics and media sees this as a significant threat. Trump poses a risk to the social and political status of an entire class. This aligns with William Kristol’s characterization of Trump as “anti-elite” – he poses a threat to individuals like Kristol who believe they are the only ones with the authority to govern.

In this world where things are turned upside down, those who initiate conflicts for their gain are portrayed as champions of democracy, while those who strive to bring them to an end are viewed as adversaries.

The beginning and the present

The idea of a rebellion is just as fabricated as the accusations against Trump. These accusations are all part of a plan to maintain the control of a corrupt group of individuals who have profited from their involvement in the war, making them the real adversaries of all people, regardless of location.

No charges for insurrection have been filed against any of the individuals involved in the January 6 events. Recently, Ray Epps, who had encouraged the crowd to head toward the Capitol, was released without any consequences, after publicly criticizing the “Trump cult” during his court appearance.

Despite being dismissed by the mainstream media as a federal agent, even the Washington Post acknowledges that the actions of Ray Epps on the day of the incident caused the crowd to turn against him. In a video presented in court, it was reported that there were chants of “Fed! Fed!” directed at him by members of the crowd.

According to reports from the media, Epps’ supposed status as a federal agent is being attributed to him being unfairly made a scapegoat by the far-right media.

The most severe accusation, “seditious conspiracy,” was brought against certain media scapegoats, including Enrique Torres of the Proud Boys, resulting in a 22-year prison sentence. However, this charge could arguably be applied to the supposed guardians of democracy, who boldly reject the truth and, in this instance, the will of the people.

Defending a Crime in the Eyes of the Law

One additional justification for the insurrection storyline is the weakening of democracy and diplomacy in the United States. This can be seen as a blatant injustice inflicted upon the American population by an unfair ruling class. As a result, the legal system has been manipulated as a convenient tool for obstructing a fair election.

Take a look at Matt Taibbi’s thorough criticism of special prosecutor Jack Smith’s January 6 case, titled “The United States of America vs. Donald Trump,” to get an idea of how the campaign to discredit Trump with this falsehood is progressing. The article can be found on The New York Times website here.

In his article, entitled The Electric Kool Aid Trump Indictment, Taibbi highlights the case as a symbol of the false democracy we live in. It may seem legitimate, but in truth, it is distorted. Taibbi states that the indictment of Special Counsel Jack Smith is a complex case that contains numerous elements that can be disliked by individuals of any political affiliation. It can be likened to an enchilada, with layers of prosecution that cater to different political beliefs.

In August 2023, Matt Taibbi, a renowned journalist, and author, conducted a meticulous and comprehensive analysis of the case at hand. His examination led him to deliver a scathing judgment on the current state of American democracy. Taibbi argued that the characterization of the events as an “insurrection” is fundamentally flawed, as it stems from a tendency to label any form of dissent against government misconduct as treasonous.

He highlighted several acts that could potentially be classified as components of a criminal conspiracy, or even sedition, including making false declarations, organizing secret meetings, and using language that undermines confidence in the government.

Taibbi further contended that such a broad definition of treason goes against the very principles upon which the Founding Fathers built the nation. He posited that if John Adams or Mitchell Palmer were alive today, they would undoubtedly feel a sense of embarrassment and concern for the state of American democracy.

A plea to the heavens

The argument against Trump turns the protection of democracy into an act of defiance. This serves as a risky reminder to a nation whose government was built upon a legitimate revolution. It reinforces the idea that a lawful uprising can occur – and at times, is needed.

According to the renowned British philosopher John Locke, one of the fundamental principles of Liberalism is the inherent right of individuals to rebel against an unjust government. This notion, although deeply rooted in the philosophy of democracy, is often disregarded, and even labeled as “absurd” by the mainstream media. It is worth noting that Locke’s work extensively explores this concept. Locke’s argument holds particular significance considering the existence of free and fair elections, which the media often fails to acknowledge.

In his renowned work “Letter Concerning Toleration” published in 1689, John Locke eloquently expressed his profound views on the topic of governance and individual rights. Locke firmly believed that oppression catalyzes people to unite and rise against unjust authority. His persuasive argument, which played a pivotal role in igniting the flames of the American Revolution for Independence, emphasized the crucial importance of a government’s legitimacy being derived from the consent of its citizens. Furthermore, Locke passionately advocated for the protection of fundamental human rights, including the right to life, freedom, and property, as the cornerstone of a fair and just society.

If the government neglects these responsibilities and loses the support of its people, there exists a legitimate right to revolt, as described by Locke as “an appeal to heaven”. Once more, the discussion of rebellion leads us to ponder – does America remain a democratic nation?

Creating a Belief

The definitions put forth by advocates of democracy deserve careful consideration. From their viewpoint, the act of entering the Capitol constitutes a “violent uprising.” They believe that it is not within the rights of the people to enter the palace and that they should face consequences for their boldness.

The defense of “our values” and democracy itself is the true purpose of engaging in war. Although the names of the wars may differ, the underlying motivation remains unchanged. According to these individuals, the idea of “democracy” implies a continuous state of conflict and the pursuit of political power for personal benefit. Any person who acknowledges the difference between this and genuine democracy must be impeded.

According to the source, ex-president Trump poses a danger to a coup that has already occurred. The coup, initiated by Kristol and Kagan through their Project for a New American Century, has resulted in a deceitful empire powered by aggression in foreign lands and the distortion of justice and democracy within the country.

The Legal Battle Against Trump: A Self-Inflicted Blow to the Struggling Establishment

The legal battle against Trump represents a significant display of self-inflicted damage by a struggling establishment. Domestically, the previous attempt to discredit him with Russiagate proved unsuccessful. Now, an uprising is being used as a fabricated accusation to shield those in authority from facing any repercussions for their misconduct.

Throughout history, the government has presented every overseas conflict as a necessary sacrifice. However, these wars have resulted in significant loss of human lives and economic devastation. Moreover, they have ultimately been unsuccessful, leading to the erosion of the American way of life. The repercussions of these failures are now even more severe than the defeats in Afghanistan and Ukraine.

The repercussions of an uprising involving violence

A new storm is on the horizon due to the actions of certain individuals, as the ongoing tensions in Israel have the potential to ignite a conflict that may be impossible to control.

General Mike Flynn’s Warning on the Destruction of Democracy

In a recent statement, General Mike Flynn sounded the alarm on the potential consequences of undermining democracy. He cautioned that such actions could potentially escalate into a global conflict, a mere three days after the third anniversary of January 6. Currently, we find ourselves on the brink of a larger, worldwide conflict, the ramifications of which are difficult to foresee. While the outcome remains uncertain, the current trajectory is not in our favor, largely due to the actions of our country’s leaders.

According to allegations, Flynn is currently engaged in a legal battle for his involvement in a supposed insurrection that never occurred. Regarding this matter, he recently shared his thoughts on X through a tweet.

The Occurrence of War: Flawed Policies and Inadequate Leadership

The occurrence of war can often be attributed to flawed policies and inadequate leadership. This is particularly evident in our United States foreign policy, which has had catastrophic global consequences. The complete breakdown of leadership at various levels, including the White House, Intelligence Community, State Department, and most recently, the Department of Defense, further highlights the issue. Ultimately, war is a deceptive and corrupt enterprise.

According to recent reports, there is speculation that Donald Trump has committed to reinstate Michael Flynn if he is successful in winning the 2024 presidential election. This possibility has even been acknowledged by political commentator William Kristol. It is worth noting that Trump’s chances of victory seem to be bolstered by an eight-point lead in the state of Michigan. This is particularly significant because Trump has not historically enjoyed a dominant position in this state. This development suggests that Trump, who is often seen as an “anti-elitist” candidate and vocal opponent of perpetual warfare, could potentially secure a victory in the upcoming election.

The purpose behind the story of rebellion is to prevent the man who has the potential to save the world from the one that has already occurred. By showcasing the characters’ actions of violence, the narrative emphasizes the grave threat they pose to the world’s survival. Through their acts of defiance and resistance, the story highlights the urgent need for change and the dire consequences of inaction. The rebellion serves as a cautionary tale, urging readers to recognize the importance of taking a stand against injustice and fighting for a better future.

Conclusion

As we dissect the legal battle against Trump, it becomes evident that the narrative of rebellion is a tool for self-preservation rather than defending democracy. The fabricated accusations and the misuse of the legal system reveal a struggling establishment’s attempts to avoid accountability for past actions. General Mike Flynn’s warning emphasizes the global consequences of undermining democracy, signalling the need for genuine leadership to prevent a larger conflict. The story of rebellion, designed to hinder Trump, underscores the urgency for change and the consequences of inaction. It’s a cautionary tale urging readers to stand against injustice and strive for a better future.

Call to action

In recognizing the manipulations within the insurrection narrative, it is imperative to demand transparency, accountability, and genuine leadership. Citizens should engage in informed discourse, challenge false narratives, and actively participate in shaping a democracy that truly reflects the values it claims to uphold. By advocating for responsible governance and resisting efforts to distort reality, we can contribute to a more just and stable world.
