LUDCI.eu Proclamation on National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, January 2021

LUDCI.eu Editorial Team 11 Jan 2021 Press Release 969 Views

Luxembourg-based LUDCI.eu supports NGOs, non-profits, law enforcement agencies, institutions, schools, and media agencies to increase awareness to fight child trafficking.

Luxembourg City, Luxembourg,11 January 2021 – January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. LUDCI.eu is committed to raising awareness towards eradicating child trafficking worldwide and reaffirms its steady obligation to abolish this global scourge from existence.

“Through our anti-human trafficking efforts, we are helping citizens to recognize the signs of human trafficking and how to report suspected instances,” said Dr. Vassilia Orfanou, Anti-trafficking Communications. “Human traffickers target the population around the world and in our neighborhoods. Children remain the most vulnerable. Child trafficking is an act of hate towards children. It splinters families, and compromises the safety of our communities.”

Human trafficking is a crime that involves the exploitation of a person for the purpose of compelled labor or a commercial sex act through the use of force, fraud, or coercion. Each year, more than 30 million children are exploited and trafficked through our borders and inside our communities.

LUDCI.eu is committed to using every available resource, strengthening partnerships with aligned NGOs and non-profits, and spreading anti-trafficking messaging strategies to help end this cruel practice once and for all. LUDCI.eu is the only media diplomatic service combining education and media services with technology to fight against the violation of children’s rights.

Organisations interested in partnering with LUDCI.eu can expect to receive full media-optimised products and messaging on digital and social channels, access to a media research center, and an educational platform with training and online courses to engage stakeholders to fight against child trafficking.
