From a Blank Page to a Shared Experience: LUDCI.eu and Its Partners Bring LABOR’s Story to Life at Energia.Tec 2026

Creative direction, bespoke design, technical coordination and integrated communications come together in an exhibition experience shaped by expertise, faith and care.

PAIANIA, Greece, 11 October 2026: As Energia.Tec 2026 enters its closing day at MEC Paiania, LUDCI.eu celebrates the creative vision, collective effort and partner collaboration behind LABOR S.A.’s presence at Booth C15.

Beginning with a blank page, LUDCI.eu developed and directed an experience designed to express LABOR’s identity through every point of contact. From the first visual impression to the welcome offered across a table, the intention was to create a setting where technical expertise felt approachable and meaningful conversations could begin.

The work encompassed the concept, narrative, scripts, bespoke booth design, colour palette, lighting and furniture selection, floral arrangements, photography and videography. Alongside the physical experience, LUDCI.eu coordinated journalist engagement, media relations, and the writing and distribution of press releases.

Under the creative direction and coordination of Dr. Vassilia I. Orfanou and the LUDCI.eu team, partners brought their individual disciplines into a shared process, connecting design, construction, technical oversight, hospitality and storytelling.

Every detail had a purpose. The curves and colours established a visual identity. The lighting revealed it. The furniture invited people to stay. Flowers softened the technical setting, while photography, film and editorial content carried the story beyond the exhibition floor.

The result was a space built for people to meet, ask questions and see possibilities together.

A shared vision, brought to life by many hands

LUDCI.eu recognises the partners whose expertise, patience and commitment helped translate the concept into a complete experience.

Olga Ducko contributed her design talent and the understanding developed through six years of collaboration. Her creative work helped give the vision its visual expression, supported by a relationship built on trust, continuity and close attention to each project.

NEWWAY SYSTEMS, also recognised for six years of collaboration, brought development expertise and dependable support to the wider creative and digital work. LUDCI.eu warmly acknowledges the care and consistency behind this longstanding partnership.

EXPO FORM helped turn the bespoke booth design into a physical setting, combining construction expertise with sustained coordination and responsiveness. Its team worked through refinements and last-minute modifications to bring the finished space closer to the original creative intention.

ROUSETOS PHOTOGRAPHY documented both the carefully considered design and the spontaneous encounters that gave it life. Its images captured the details, expressions and exchanges through which an exhibition becomes a shared memory.

CHRISTOPHER HOLT VIDEOGRAPHY captured the movement, conversations and atmosphere of LABOR’s participation. Through film, those moments become a story that can continue to reach clients, colleagues and partners after the exhibition closes.

METERKNOT provided technical oversight of the booth’s construction and coordinated compliance and auditing before, during and after the exhibition. Its detailed attention helped connect creative ambition with the practical requirements of delivering the space.

PARIS FLOWERS brought the floral composition into the overall design, complementing the booth’s colours and creating moments of softness and warmth. The arrangements formed part of the welcome, reflecting the belief that even a small detail can change how a space feels.

CLUB CATERING supported the hospitality that allowed conversations to unfold comfortably. Its care for visitors and the team helped make Booth C15 a place where people could pause, connect and feel genuinely welcome.

LUDCI.eu also extends its gratitude to MEC Paiania, its venue personnel and cleaning team. Their support and attention throughout the exhibition helped keep the setting welcoming and ready for each new visitor. Their contribution belongs in the story as much as any visible design feature.

The people who completed the experience

LABOR’s participation brought together existing clients, prospective customers, manufacturers, importers, engineers and industry professionals for discussions about testing, inspection, certification and future project requirements.

Those conversations gave the creative work its purpose. A carefully designed setting became a place to understand business needs, exchange technical knowledge and explore potential cooperation.

LUDCI.eu thanks LABOR’s management, the Politis family across generations, the colleagues present at the booth and those supporting the effort from elsewhere in the company. Their knowledge, hospitality and commitment helped turn a designed environment into a personal experience.

Special appreciation goes to Periklis, Andreas, Kalliopi, Vassilia, Zisis, Vasilis and Ioannis, together with Antonis, Daphni, Marios, the two Iliases, Konstantina, Vasia, Timos, the two Jimmys and every colleague whose work supported the participation.

Some contributions were immediately visible. Others happened quietly, through preparation, coordination, practical help and the steady work that allowed the team at the exhibition to focus on visitors. All mattered.

Creativity guided by faith, expressed through care

For LUDCI.eu, this project also carries a deeply personal meaning. Faith in God, love and prayer are sources of strength within its creative ethos, encouraging perseverance, gratitude and care for the people entrusted to its work.

That faith finds its expression in practical acts: listening closely, helping a tired colleague, protecting the quality of a shared effort and returning to a difficult detail with patience.

There is something quietly angelic in that kind of care. It asks for little attention, yet changes the experience of everyone around it.

The light LUDCI.eu seeks to bring into its work is expressed through this spirit of service. Beauty has greater meaning when people feel respected within it. Ambition becomes more valuable when it makes room for kindness. Creation becomes a shared achievement when everyone’s contribution is recognised.

What may appear effortless in a finished photograph is often the result of many hands, repeated refinements and people choosing to help one another. This is the magic LUDCI.eu celebrates: imagination made tangible through skill, dedication and love.

The exhibition closes. The work continues.

As Energia.Tec 2026 draws to a close, LABOR looks ahead to continuing the conversations and exploring the opportunities discussed at Booth C15. LUDCI.eu and its partners carry forward the photographs, films, stories and relationships created through their collaboration.

For LUDCI.eu, the achievement lies in bringing these elements together with purpose. A blank page became a design. A design became a place. And the people who entered it made it an experience worth remembering.

To everyone who helped imagine, design, build, check, capture, welcome and care for it: Sincerely thank you – we could not have made it without you.
